Im too numb to even know it.
Stuffed into this body, I can't see how it fits together.
Tears well up so bravely, and I swallow them back down.
I can't give in.
Sad songs echo in my mind, but the pain is far too well hidden.
Im growing beyond these boarders, but I still get stuck back at home.
I watch myself admire you, quickly pulling my comfort back on.
I despise my new desires, independence and I don't mix well.
Back in that dream, moments rust away.. killing me.
If its not you, its nothing.
I cant forget how you make me feel, but I can pretend I never knew.
